Part 4 of the NEMEX (Neuromuscular Exercise) program focuses on using Theraband resistance to strengthen the hamstring and quadriceps muscles. These exercises are designed to improve muscle strength, joint control, and functional stability – especially useful in knee rehabilitation programs such as those for osteoarthritis or ACL recovery.

Theraband comes in various colours, each representing a different resistance level, allowing you to progress as your strength improves.
Recommended dosage:
- Sets: 2–3
- Repetitions: 15–20
Incorporate these exercises into your routine 2–3 times per week for best results.
