How to Perform Water Leg Lifts

  1. Stand in the pool facing the pool wall.
  2. Place one hand on the edge for balance.
  3. Slowly lift one leg straight in front of you.
  4. Hold briefly, then lower the leg back to the starting position.
  5. Perform 5 repetitions per leg.

These leg lifts can also be performed on land, using a wall or sturdy surface for support.
