Spine Stretch
Purpose: a good stretch to reduce tension along the upper, mid and lower back. This stretch also focuses on pelvis and hip mobility as well as hamstrings flexibility.
- Sit on the floor with your feet wider than your hips, tuck your chin in and begin to bend forward by hinging at the hips.
- Your hand should not reach past your toes, you are not aiming to lie on the floor.
- Once you feel the stretch through your back, slowly return to the starting position.
- Do this several times daily, after the end of your workday.
