Shoulder circles

Purpose: an easy way to loosen up tension in your shoulders and neck. This can also be helpful to certain shoulder conditions or injuries such as a stiff acromioclavicular joint (ACJ). This also helps to open the chest and counteract rounded shoulders that are common among pregnant women or office workers.

  1. Either in standing or seated position, rotate your shoulders backward and down in the largest circle you can make.
