EXCELLENT Based on 214 reviews Posted on EllieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended this clinic under a Care Plan for lower back pain after seeing many positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. My appointment was with Sandy Clark. For almost the entire one-hour session, there was very little focus on my actual medical issue. Instead, I was subjected to long, irrelevant conversations about his personal ski trip to Japan. He repeatedly diverted the session back to his travel stories rather than assessing or treating my condition. In addition, he asked me a series of very personal and inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with physiotherapy or my care: questions about my country, my partner’s financial status, whether my partner treats me well, my child’s age and name, and other personal details. Despite my visible discomfort and lack of engagement, these questions continued. The situation became even more uncomfortable when he insisted on asking what my name would be “in my country,” and when I hesitated, he laughed and kept pressing. He then handed me a pen and persistently asked me to write my name in my native language, which I felt pressured to do just to move the session along. During the physical treatment, he asked if he could unclip my bra for a shoulder massage, which I consented to as it seemed clinically reasonable. However, after the massage, he made a joking comment about not knowing whether he had clipped my bra back correctly and laughed about it. At that point, I genuinely felt uncomfortable and objectified rather than treated as a patient. The actual physiotherapy consisted of about 10 minutes of massage and roughly 15 minutes of showing me three basic stretches, followed by a printed sheet. That was the extent of the clinical care provided in a one-hour appointment. For clarity, the entire session was recorded. This was not done secretly or maliciously — my partner had asked me in advance to record the appointment so he could understand the explanation for my back pain. After listening to the recording, my partner was extremely upset and angry, and also felt that the behaviour during the session was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, I felt that my time and money were wasted, my boundaries were not respected, and the session lacked professionalism and appropriate patient focus. I left feeling upset and disrespected, rather than supported or treated for my back pain. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional, patient-centred physiotherapy care.Posted on Danii CameronTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Every one that works there deserves their own 5 star rating, very welcoming, supportive and great physio's. My time there was from right at the start of my injurys, 2 surgerys and some mental issues also, they helped with me everything. I looked forward to my twice a week sessions. Sandy,Justine,Jonathan,Lydia all helped me through the journey of pain strengthening, tears, wanting to give up and then achieving my goals. At the admin with Ash, always so friendly and prompt when either answering the phone or greeting you when you arrive/leaving. I had been struggling with persistent knee pain for years and finally decided to visit Riddhi at Logan Physio. I’m so glad I did! From the very first session, she took the time to understand my problem, explained what was going on with my knee in a way I could understand, and created a clear treatment plan. Her approach was gentle yet effective — a combination of targeted exercises, hands-on therapy, and helpful tips for my day-to-day activities. Within just a few weeks, I noticed a big improvement, and I’m now able to move without pain and get back to my regular routine. Logan Physio clinic is welcoming, well-organized, and runs on time, which made every visit stress-free. I highly recommend Logan Physio to anyone dealing with knee pain or any other injury. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help.Posted on Emmi HamiltonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
