Lower leg stretch
Purpose: this stretch focuses on your peroneal muscles along the outer side of your lower leg. It is an useful stretch if you have any discomfort or tension along that side.
How:
- Sit in a chair with one foot resting on top of the other knee
- With your hands on the ankle, point the foot and turn the sole of the foot upwards as if you are bring your pinkie toe up towards the ceiling
- Hold for 30s and repeat 3 times.
