Purpose: an easy way to loosen up the tension in your lower back with a simple twist
- Lie down on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
- Close your eyes and breathe out as you drop your knees to the left and your head to the right
- Hold for two minutes.
- Then repeat by dropping your knees to the right, and turn your head to the left.
