Going well with your problem and looking for the final push to get you pain-free and doing the things you want to do? Doing all your exercises but feeling like it is taking up all your time?

Do you need to consolidate on your exercise program and learn a way to put it into practice in an easy and functional way? The next step to take is a gym program, we can either do these onsite or attend your favourite gym with you.

Let our Physiotherapist design a program for you that allows you to do all the exercises and stretches you need to do in just a couple of hours a week.
