Chin Tuck Stretch

Upper neck stretch

Purpose: this gentle stretch can help alleviate the aches associated with tight muscles around the neck and upper back, even some headaches.

  1. Tuck your chin in, look down and point your nose towards either your right or left knee.
  2. Place one hand on top of your head to guide your chin towards your chest whilst maintaining the angle and position of your head.
  3. Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat a few times.
