Upper neck stretch
Purpose: this gentle stretch can help alleviate the aches associated with tight muscles around the neck and upper back, even some headaches.
- Tuck your chin in, look down and point your nose towards either your right or left knee.
- Place one hand on top of your head to guide your chin towards your chest whilst maintaining the angle and position of your head.
- Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat a few times.
