Water Exercise/Leg Lifts 

Leg lifts performed in a pool are helpful in hip strengthening, they can also be performed outside of the pool by holding onto a wall and following the steps below. 

Stand in the pool next to the side wall with one hand on the edgeWater Leg Lifts

  1. Raise one straight leg slowly to the front
  2. Lower slowly to the starting position
  3. 5 repetitions per leg
