Logan Physio has been great for me over the last 10 years, Justine and Sandy are very knowledgeable caring people who offer a great personalised service. I have attended their exercises classes for a long time which helped me with my ability to recover from a recent serious case of sepsis which resulted in me becoming a below knee amputee. Justine is now working with me to gain more strength as an amputee and is doing a great job. She is very caring and knowledgeable.

This is my first time needing (having) physio however my treatment and sessions at Logan Physio have been fantastic. The professionalism of my Physiotherapist - Justine, is exemplary. I can't believe how helpful she has been in my recovery and how every exercise and measurement that she does and every exercise that she gets me to do comes with a clear explanation of why the exercise is being done. Logan Physio offers group classes that combine Pilates, weights, balance, cardio, and the GLAD program for osteoarthritis and lumbar spine. The classes are developed for you as an individual and are modified depending on your abilities by the Health professional in attendance of the group.
Group exercise classes offer motivation, social interaction, and varied workouts, enhancing fitness levels and overall well-being.
Group exercise classes run for 1 hour at various times of the day but run every day at Logan Physio.
Classes are run by a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to maintain a high standard of clinical excellence throughout our class programs.

Not at all, it is important that you are assessed by a Physio or Exercise Physiologist prior to attending your first class.

Our classes and class space are designed for no more than 6 people.
Group classes are individually designed after a thorough assessment of your physical well-being and target problems. Classes are monitored closely by professional staff to ensure injuries are unlikely.
Yes, absolutely. Our classes are designed for all mobility levels.
