Personal Overview
Lydia is a University of Queensland graduate and holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours).
She has been involved in multiple government funded diabetes research groups, coaching sports teams and also private clinical settings where she has managed a variety of caseloads.
She specialises in chronic condition management (including various muscular conditions and cardiovascular conditions), Diabetic Education, and women’s health.
She is also interested in basketball, and rock climbing. Lydia is committed to provide her clients the best healthcare and empower her clients to have a healthy and active life.
